After serving in various leadership roles as a board certified family physician, I know first hand the challenges and limiting beliefs that can keep a leader from flourishing. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that effective leadership skills and financial literacy can have on one's success. My quest to flourish as a leader and also help others succeed in leadership, led me to John Maxwell, the well renowned authority on leadership growth and development. I joined the John Maxwell team and got certified as a coach, speaker, and trainer. In addition, I delved deeper into coaching with International Coaching Federation (ICF) specific training to also became a Professional Certified Coach.
